Business Development Manager

STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States with roughly 2500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.

Were seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new ventures in San Diego CA and surrounding areas. STRUCTURALs projects within the commercial market include but are not limited to: structural strengthening structural concrete repair historic restoration waterproofing and corrosion control.

What Youll Own:

• Market Expansion: Hunt for new opportunities and close deals with owners engineers and contractors to grow STRUCTURALs regional footprint.

• Full-Cycle Business Development: Lead every phase of the sales processfrom pitch through proposal negotiation and close.

• Strategic Collaboration: Shape and execute the vision for sales in San Diego CA and surrounding areas aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.

• Smart Solutions: Turn complex problems into smart profitable solutions.

• Market Engagement: Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Be where it mattersclient sites boardrooms and industry events

What You Bring:

• 5 years of B2B sales experience in construction engineering or specialty services.

• Deep roots in the San Diego California market you know the landscape the key players and how to reach them.

• A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large complex deals.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

• CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured data-driven approach to sales.

• Willingness to travel 70-80 % across the San Diego County/Southern Orange County region.
