Job Summary
Job Title: Dual-Certified CT / Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Mobile Unit Traveler)
We are seeking a dual-certified CT and Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment with a mobile imaging unit. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with advanced imaging technology while traveling within a local radius. PET experience is highly preferred. The traveler will work from a mobile unit and locations may vary within a 40-minute driving radius.
Responsibilities:
Perform CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures following established protocols
Operate PET imaging equipment (preferred experience)
Ensure patient safety comfort and proper positioning during procedures
Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality control standards
Accurately document patient information and imaging results in the EMR
Follow radiation safety and infection control guidelines
Collaborate with radiologists physicians and clinical staff
Travel to assigned mobile unit locations as scheduled
Requirements:
Active CT and Nuclear Medicine certifications
PET experience preferred
Ability to travel within a 40-minute radius
Strong communication and patient care skills
Compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
