Business Overview

The Real Estate team of over 130 Real Estate professionals has deep industry knowledge and property sector expertise across the real estate investment market including funds management development asset management and leasing.

The Role

We are seeking a Regional Asset Manager to support the Head of Portfolio Office achieving optimal performance across a portfolio of office and related assets within the region.

This role plays a key part in delivering the office component of portfolio performance and ensuring agreed KPIs are met across financial operational and strategic objectives.

You will

• Support the achievement of portfolio performance outcomes including net income customer strategy customer expenditure arrears management valuations development initiatives and sustainability outcomes
• Assist in the execution of asset-level strategies aligned with broader portfolio objectives
• Manage and develop Joint Venture relationships and partnerships
• Collaborate across other business sectors as required

Your Background and Experience

You bring extensive experience office markets from an investor leasing and capital transactions perspective. You possess strong knowledge and understanding of office investment markets transactional process and contracts joint venture partnership opportunities and how they are optimally structured and managed to deliver growth.

You are a true Leader and collaborator and you understand the importance of the teams you work with and how best to partner with them. You bring your strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

You have completed tertiary studies in either real estate property or finance with experience with working in the property industry. (Or similar).
