Job Summary

As part of VP Management LLC a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry with a portfolio of over 50 properties and continuing expansion you will play a vital role in delivering a memorable and seamless experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Accurately manage reservations and maintain front desk operations using hotel management software.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet high standards.
  • Process payments and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area promoting a positive first impression.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications and hotel software is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
