Join a team where your work directly impacts patient safety and product quality. As a Labeling Specialist within our R&D organization youll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy clarity and regulatory compliance of labeling across both disposable and system-level medical devices.
Your role:
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements for labeling updates and new development initiatives.
- Translate business and regulatory needs into clear actionable requirements for the labeling team.
- Drive visibility and accountability by tracking progress of labeling changes from concept through completion.
- Coordinate and support the seamless implementation of labeling updates to ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Your work ensures that critical product information is accurate compliant and accessiblesupporting clinicians and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
You are a fit If:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in labeling for medical devices or other regulated industries.
- Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $88500 to $141600.00.
The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $71000 to $114000.00
The pay range for this position in San Diego is $99000 to $158592.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
