We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shared Services Coordinator to join our Payroll this role you will support both HR and Payroll by processing employee lifecycle changes from new hire setup and status changes to terminations ensuring accuracy across all systems.

PAY: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Placement within the range is determined by experience and qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Audit and verify new hire information and ensure accurate setup across HR Payroll and accounting systems
  • Review employee timecards for accuracy and compliance including overtime and missed meal periods
  • Process employee data changes including compensation adjustments promotions and department transfers
  • Support onboarding status changes and terminations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain organized and accurate employee records in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with managers and HR to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with reporting and audits related to payroll timekeeping and employee data

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months or more of experience in an office administrative payroll or HR support environment preferred
  • Prior experience with HRIS payroll or timekeeping systems a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be 18 years or older

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is primarily a desk-based office role. Must be able to sit for extended periods move throughout the office as needed and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
