Job Summary

Job Type:- This is a Term Position (April to August 2026)

Hours of Work:- 40 hours per week (may include evenings and weekends)

The Camp Coordinatoris responsible forthe overall planning organization administration and delivery of the summer camp program. This includes providing leadership and supervision to camp staff developing programming overseeing program operations such as budgeting scheduling and staff supervision and ensuring participant safety whilemaintaininghigh-quality inclusive recreational experiences for children and youth. TheCoordinatoralso supports Camp Counsellors and serves as the primary point of contact for program operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience in program coordination recreation education or a related field
Previoussupervisory or leadership experience is preferred
Strong organizational administrative and leadership skills
Experience with budgeting and program planning is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with children and youth
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
