Front Office Supervisor (Hotel Hospitality)

The Front Office Supervisor at The Verve Hotel - BostonNatick plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations providing exceptional guest service and supporting the front office team. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage daily activities resolve guest concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front desk activities to ensure seamless service and operations.
• Provide training guidance and support to front office staff to uphold high standards of guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information reservations and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to address guest needs and requests.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and minimize wait times.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports related to front office activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of (1) year of supervisory role experience preferred.
• Minimum of (2) years hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Proficient with front desk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
