Position Overview:
D1 Training Alliance is seeking a friendly dependable Front Desk Associate to support our evening and weekend operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people thrives in a team environment and wants to be part of a high-energy fitness community.

As the first point of contact for members athletes and parents you will help create a welcoming organized and professional experience inside our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Member & Guest Experience
- Greet members athletes parents and guests as they enter
- Check members into classes and assist with basic questions
- Maintain a friendly and professional presence at the front desk
- Ensure waivers are completed for new guests
- Retail & Transactions
- Process retail purchases accurately using POS system
- Handle basic cash and card transactions
- Keep retail area organized and stocked
- Promote merchandise and basic offerings when appropriate
- Facility Support
- Assist with daily cleaning tasks (wiping equipment organizing racks tidying lobby)
- Support nightly close-out procedures
- Keep front desk area clean and presentable
- Communicate any issues to management
- Event Support
- Assist during special events camps and community nights
- Help with check-in and basic coordination during busy traffic times
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with both adults and youth athletes
- Ability to follow systems and complete checklists
- Available to consistently work assigned schedule
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in retail or hospitality
- Interest in fitness or athletics

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
