What Were Looking For: Reliable transportation Valid drivers license or state ID A compassionate patient and caring attitude A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home

No experience No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training through our Caregiver Development Program including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives: Base Pay: $13.00$16.00/hour (based on experience) $1000 Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential: $2/hour

Performance Bonuses: Monthly Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses: Up to $1000 per hire

What Youll Do: Provide compassionate non-medical in-home care Assist with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming) Offer companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Support clients with errands appointments and medication reminders Assist with dementia and Alzheimers care

Flexible Scheduling Options: Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle: 4 8 10 or 12-hour shifts Day evening overnight and weekend availability
