Job Description:
Join a high-performance founding team to build the future of the web. You will own significant product areas end-to-end developing autonomous AI agents that generate personalized web experiences in real-time. This is a 0-to-1 generalist role where you will ship mission-critical features across the full stack to enterprise clients.

What you will do:

• Design and implement complex agentic workflows and LLM evaluation frameworks to optimize real-time website personalization.

• Architect and scale service-oriented systems using TypeScript Postgres Redis and the workflow orchestrator.

• Deliver customer-facing features end-to-end from sleek React/Tailwind front-ends to robust backend integrations and authentication systems.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong engineering fundamentals with a builder mentality and experience owning 0-to-1 product work in a startup environment.

• Proficient across the modern TypeScript stack (React/) with a passion for writing clean maintainable and high-quality code.

• Driven to learn new technologies rapidly with bonus interest in reinforcement learning systems knowledge or workflow orchestration like Temporal.
