Maintenance Team Member

• Undertake and manage general maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical work heating carpentry and decorating
• Conduct routine inspections of building structures equipment and assets performing reactive and preventive maintenance with minimal disruption to guests and visitors
• Install inspect and troubleshoot equipment appliances and systems including heating and air conditioning distribution systems
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and external providers ensuring compliance with service agreements and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and daily logs of all repairs and maintenance activities
• Actively contribute to the safety of people and property including maintaining clear emergency exits
• Undertake appropriate training to develop expertise and identify areas for operational improvement

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Proven experience in building maintenance or a related trade (plumbing electrical carpentry or HVAC systems)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building compliance standards
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability responsibility and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance
