Were expanding our Rentals team on Vancouver Island and are looking for a driven hunter who thrives on building relationships and growing business!
Whats in it for you

What youll do:
Grow rental revenue by offering equipment and attachment solutions across your territory
Build maintain and grow strong customer relationships; become the go-to contact for rental needs
Manage accounts generate leads and close deals to meet or exceed targets
Deliver product demonstrations and professional presentations to showcase full rental offerings
Prepare proposals and quotations negotiate contracts and document activity in Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams including sales service and operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Travel regularly within your territory and occasionally to the U.S
What Youll Bring:
25 years of sales or rental experience in construction equipment or related industry
Strong negotiation presentation and customer relationship management skills
Results-driven self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Knowledge of sales processes and rental solutions
High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
Valid drivers license and clean abstract; willing to travel locally and occasionally to the U.S.
