Rental Sales Representative

Were expanding our Rentals team on Vancouver Island and are looking for a driven hunter who thrives on building relationships and growing business!

What youll do:

• Grow rental revenue by offering equipment and attachment solutions across your territory
• Build maintain and grow strong customer relationships; become the go-to contact for rental needs
• Manage accounts generate leads and close deals to meet or exceed targets
• Deliver product demonstrations and professional presentations to showcase full rental offerings
• Prepare proposals and quotations negotiate contracts and document activity in Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales service and operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Travel regularly within your territory and occasionally to the U.S

What Youll Bring:

• 25 years of sales or rental experience in construction equipment or related industry
• Strong negotiation presentation and customer relationship management skills
• Results-driven self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Knowledge of sales processes and rental solutions
• High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
• Valid drivers license and clean abstract; willing to travel locally and occasionally to the U.S.
