Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in manufacturing markets
Lead business development initiatives including identifying new customers industrial sectors and revenue streams
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing manufacturing and industrial clients to increase retention and lifetime value
Analyze sales performance metrics forecasts and margin data to inform executive decision making
Prepare and deliver business proposals negotiate contracts and close high-value B2B manufacturing deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategy product positioning and go-to-market planning for manufactured products
Establish sales processes policies and reporting systems to optimize performance and accountability
Monitor manufacturing industry trends competitive landscape and customer requirements to inform strategy
Present performance updates forecasts and strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
Lead mentor and develop sales and marketing teams to achieve performance targets
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership business development or account management within the manufacturing industry
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong experience in technical sales industrial products or engineered solutions
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting financial metrics and KPI tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 50 percent as required
Desired Qualifications:
Experience implementing CRM systems and sales performance tools in manufacturing organizations
MBA or advanced degree in business engineering or related discipline
Background in strategic planning budgeting and operational leadership within manufacturing environments
Experience working with executive teams and board-level reporting
Knowledge of contract management pricing strategy supply chain dynamics and product lifecycle management
