• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $5060K (Base Uncapped Commission Monthly Bonuses)
• Year 2 Average Earnings: $71.8K with significant upside potential

What Youll Do

As a Business Development Representative youll be at the forefront of our Inside Sales team connecting with small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. Youll identify their needs present tailored digital marketing solutions and build long-term relationships that drive real results.

• Start the conversation: Interact with warm leads through strategic calls emails and social outreach
• Consult with confidence: Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Hibus all-in-one digital platform websites SEO/SEM display ads social media and more
• Close deals: Drive revenue by converting prospects into loyal clients
• Build relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients grow their business through strategic marketing
• Stay sharp: Continuously learn and master Hibus products tools and sales techniques
