Senior Leasing Officer

Our client is one of the leading real estate developers in Cambodia operating a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. They are seeking a Senior Leasing Officer to support tenant acquisition relationship management and leasing operations.

The Senior Leasing Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing qualified tenants maintaining strong tenant relationships conducting market research and supporting the overall leasing strategy of the company.

• Conduct market research and analysis on retail trends shopping mall developments tenant brands and competitor activities.
• Identify and approach prospective tenants that align with the projects leasing strategy and tenant mix.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
• Perform tenant screening including background and credit checks to assess suitability.
• Manage rental applications security deposits and rent collection processes.
• Keep tenants informed of lease updates property matters and operational changes.
• Support leasing activities to ensure occupancy and revenue targets are achieved.

• Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leasing experience preferably within commercial properties shopping malls or retail spaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Team-oriented flexible and proactive attitude.
