Key Responsibilities
Contract Catering Outreach
Contact site managers and decision-makers via email and LinkedIn
Work through segmented contact lists in small manual batches
Personalise outreach while maintaining consistency and efficiency
Adjust messaging based on audience and response trends
Maintain professional clear and engaging communication
CRM and Follow-Up Management
Keep CRM records updated with contact details outreach status and next steps
Manage follow-up schedules across a large number of contacts
Log responses sample requests and leads accurately
Maintain a structured workflow to ensure no opportunities are missed
Support basic reporting on outreach activity and conversions
Sales Email Writing and Outreach Support
Write and refine outbound sales emails that encourage responses
Use AI tools for drafting where useful while ensuring final content feels natural
Tailor messaging for different audiences such as catering sites gyms and cafés
Continuously improve outreach sequences and messaging quality
Sampling Coordination
Coordinate sample deliveries and tasting sessions with internal teams
Confirm logistics including dates contacts addresses and materials
Share product information and supporting materials with contacts
Follow up before and after sampling to maintain engagement
Ensure smooth coordination between outreach and internal operations
Broader Channel Support
Assist outreach efforts in related sectors such as gyms cafés and other venues
Support smaller targeted campaigns and response handling
Contribute to scaling outreach efforts as the business expands
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong written English and effective communication skills
Ability to create outreach messages that generate responses
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Commercial awareness and ability to identify potential opportunities
Familiar with AI tools for drafting while maintaining a human tone
Background in food beverage FMCG or hospitality is an advantage
Experience needed (3-5 years)
Experience in sales support lead generation SDR or outreach roles
Background in manual email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
Exposure to contract catering foodservice hospitality or FMCG sectors
