Role Overview:
As a Customer Expert youll serve as the main contact for users offering assistance through email chat phone and social media. Whether its account inquiries billing concerns or technical support your goal will be to provide smooth efficient and high-quality service at every step of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support across multiple communication channels
- Help customers with account setup password resets billing questions and verification processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while keeping customers updated
- Approach every interaction with a positive solution-focused attitude
- Record and manage cases accurately in line with internal guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Share feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
