Role Overview
You will provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients within the automotive digital services sector ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and digital channels
Provide accurate information and support related to automotive digital services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Requirements
Danish (C1/C2) mandatory
English (B2) required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Currently residing in Portugal
