Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Entry Level) Taiwanese Speaker
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and chat
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests efficiently
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
- Work closely with internal teams when escalation is required
Requirements:
- Must be a native Taiwanese speaker
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be locally based (no relocation support provided)
- Must have a Bachelors Degree for Employment Pass (EP) process
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 10:00 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Divided into 2 rotational shifts
- 5 working days 2 days off
Additional Information:
- Immediate availability / ASAP starters preferred
- Training will be provided
