We are looking for a highly organized and target-driven Recruitment Lead / Assistant Manager to lead manage and scale our talent acquisition efforts. This role requires someone who is structured process-oriented and capable of planning and executing hiring strategies to meet aggressive growth targets.

You will play a key role in ensuring timely high-quality hiring across multiple roles geographies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for the company
  • Plan hiring pipelines based on business forecasts and ramp-up requirements
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality benchmarks
  • Build standardize and continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Track and manage recruitment funnels SLAs and conversion metrics
  • Ensure structured interview processes and consistent candidate evaluation
  • Drive recruitment targets (volume timelines cost and quality)
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs
  • Coordinate with HR operations and clients
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and risks
  • Develop sourcing strategies across job portals social media and referrals
  • Improve candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
  • Explore innovative hiring channels to improve efficiency and quality

Experience

  • 58 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Prior experience in BPO / high-volume hiring preferred
  • Experience managing hiring targets and recruitment pipelines
  • Experience leading a team of recruiters is must.
