Job Summary
Jobskey Consultancy is hiring a senior sales leader for a reputed organization in the Fire Protection ELV & Smart Building Solutions space.
Role Overview
The General Manager Sales will drive business growth across large builder accounts and high-rise projects. This role owns end-to-end responsibility for sales strategy key account management tendering negotiations order closure billing and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue across FPS FAPA ELV CCTV Digital Locks & Basement Ventilation
- Manage key builder relationships and onboard new accounts PAN India
- Lead tender review BOQ validation pricing & commercial negotiations
- Own billing collections and outstanding management
- Lead and mentor sales and key account teams
- Ensure accurate MIS forecasting and CRM governance
Requirements
- 15 years of project sales experience in the builder segment
- Strong exposure to FPS / FAPA / ELV / CCTV / MEP / BMS solutions
- Proven network with leading builders
- Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical preferred); MBA is a plus
- Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills
