This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of talent employee engagement and organizational growth across industries. What Youll Lead and Deliver:

• Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for domestic and international talent (sourcing screening interviewing offering).
• Leverage LinkedIn job boards and social media to attract top candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Boost employer branding through content creation and participation in recruitment events.
• Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Oversee a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance to the first day.
• Manage and coordinate orientation protocols ensuring smooth company integration.
• Facilitate new hires immersion into company culture with the right tools and support.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create and deliver an exceptional onboarding journey for new hires.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of HR experience in technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and ATS platforms.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters effectively.
