Job Description

• Support attorneys with commercial real estate and lending matters from opening through closing
• Prepare revise and organize legal documents closing checklists and transaction files
• Coordinate due diligence title survey lien and entity documents
• Assist with closings post-closing follow-up and file management
• Communicate with clients lenders title companies opposing counsel and internal stakeholders
• Track deadlines manage documentation and help keep transactions moving efficiently
• Maintain organized files and provide day-to-day support across active real estate matters

Qualifications

• 2 years of directly relevant real estate paralegal experience preferred
• Strong experience with real estate transactions lending or related commercial real estate matters
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced law firm environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate is a plus but practical experience is more important
