Key Responsibilities
Own and lead all aspects of marketing including brand strategy communications design social and events
Partner closely with customers partners product and business development teams to deeply understand user needs and translate them into clear segmentation positioning and messaging
Define and evolve the companys voice narrative and brand into a category-defining presence
Increase awareness and clarity of the platform ensuring it occupies a distinctive position in the minds of developers partners and ecosystem participants
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business objectives
Develop and oversee the visual identity across all touchpoints
Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional marketing team
Qualifications
5 years experience in a senior marketing leadership role within fintech crypto or adjacent B2B/B2B2C environments
Proven track record of building differentiated brands leading product marketing and delivering high-impact campaigns and communications
Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong portfolio of work
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring performance and optimizing ROI
Strong interest in the ethos of open financial systems and emerging technologies
Thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges
