Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laminating machines to ensure high-quality production output
• Set up machines adjust controls and perform routine troubleshooting
• Work with chemicals adhesives and coatings following safety and quality standards
• Accurately measure materials using a ruler tape measure or other precision tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures GMP and production guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience handling or measuring chemicals adhesives or similar materials
• Ability to accurately read and use a ruler or tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work night shift / overnight schedule
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Laminator Operator or working with lamination equipment
• Background in printing packaging plastics or industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with production processes quality control and safety standards
