POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to a fast-moving private equity firm. You will work directly with our acquisitions asset management and finance teams to support data analysis reporting and operational initiatives across our portfolio.

** This position is based in Las Vegas and requires in-office work. Remote work and relocation assistance are not available. **

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling market research property comparables and due diligence materials to support the acquisitions team
• Help maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards that track portfolio performance across our manufactured housing and self-storage assets
• Support senior team members in preparing internal summaries and investor updates
• Help document operational processes and assist with data entry and record-keeping across asset management functions
• Collaborate with team members across acquisitions finance and property management on day-to-day tasks and projects

Business Analyst Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Real Estate Economics or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling pivot tables data analysis)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow direction meet deadlines and work well in a team environment

Business Analyst Qualifications (Preferred but not Required):

• Academic or internship exposure to real estate finance or investment analysis
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Basic SQL or database skills
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals (cap rates NOI occupancy analysis)
• Experience with CRM or property management software
