Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including accommodations vacation packages and related services
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences needs and budget
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone email and messaging platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Stay informed on travel trends destinations and supplier offerings
