Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in helping our company achieve its strategic goals and objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing business operations identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and achieve organizational goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making

- Create and maintain documentation of business processes procedures and requirements

- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform business strategy and decision-making

- Assist with the development and implementation of new systems and technologies to improve business operations

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for new projects and initiatives

- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to gather and analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations

- Experience with business process improvement and project management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

- Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus.
