Ingredion is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer queries and complaintsreceived via telephone and / or email. You will also be asked to process orders modifications escalate complaints acrossseveralcommunication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustratedand have experienceusing CRM platforms.

What you will do:

• Customer service is the primary function but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services by assessing needs and/or suggesting alternative products or services.

• Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.

• May require knowledge of the company products and/or services and problem-solving skills.

• Impact and complexityaredetermined by the level of customer service and product knowledge and skills (advanced experienced entry level) type of calls attended and problem solving (non-routine routine basic).

Who you are:

• Bachelors Degree preferred or on the job excelled experience.

• 2-6 years of Customer Service / Support experience

• SAPSalesforceand EDI experience preferred

• Microsoft Officeexperience and comfort Word Excel Power BI.
