National Law Firm Real Estate Associate (4 Years)
A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Real Estate Associate in Columbus.
This is a strong opportunity for a transactional attorney who wants to work on a mix of real estate matters including acquisitions financing and leasing within a collaborative and active practice.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
- Supporting real estate financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Working across a variety of real estate matters and deal types
What Theyre Looking For
- 4 years of transactional real estate experience
- Experience with acquisitions dispositions financing and leasing
- Strong drafting and deal management skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters
- Strong communication and organizational skills
