National Law Firm Real Estate Associate (4 Years)

A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Real Estate Associate in Columbus.

This is a strong opportunity for a transactional attorney who wants to work on a mix of real estate matters including acquisitions financing and leasing within a collaborative and active practice.

What Youll Be Doing

Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
Supporting real estate financing transactions
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
Working across a variety of real estate matters and deal types

What Theyre Looking For

4 years of transactional real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions dispositions financing and leasing
Strong drafting and deal management skills
Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters
Strong communication and organizational skills
