As an employee-owned company every team member has a stake in our success creating a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where innovation Summary:The HR Coordinator at PTA Plastics provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function. The HR Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate HR data processing new hires coordinating contractor support managing Dayforce entries and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency compliance and a positive employee experience across the : $50000-$60000 annuallyEssential Duties/Responsibilities:HR AdministrationProvide daily HR administrative support to the Longmont and Oxford and update employee records in Dayforce including new hires job and pay changes terminations and other employee with HR reporting data audits and compliance HR files and correspondence ensuring confidentiality and HR communications and assist with policy updates and implementation. Onboarding and OffboardingProcess new hires in HRIS platform and coordinate all onboarding activities including orientation scheduling system access and welcome all new hire documentation and background checks are completed accurately and on the offboarding process by processing terminations collecting company assets and maintaining with hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions for new and departing employees. Contractor CoordinationSet up and manage contractors for both locations including onboarding access and record contractor rosters and ensure compliance with company safety confidentiality and security with IT Safety and Operations to ensure proper setup and EngagementSupport the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities recognition programs and company in promoting employee wellness inclusion and culture-building creative ideas to enhance morale and reinforce company Systems and Data EntryPerform accurate and timely data entry in Dayforce and assist with testing or configuration as and distribute HR-related reports to support management and payroll with tracking training certifications and performance management HR SupportServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes benefits or administrative support for HR programs audits and special with cross-functional teams such as payroll safety and operations to ensure alignment and & Requirements:Education & ExperienceAssociates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.13 years of HR experience; experience in a manufacturing environment a with Dayforce or other HRIS platforms strongly organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism and in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams).Bilingual (English/Spanish) a Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a be able to occasionally stand walk and move between office and production to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g. moving office supplies event materials or employee files).Visual acuity sufficient to read screens reports and documents be able to communicate clearly in person and over the travel between company locations (Longmont CO and Oxford CT) may be Employment Opportunity & ADA Compliance Statement:PTA Plastics is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
