Job Summary
Cedar Park Med is hiring Registered Nurse Supervisors (RNs) for full-time and part-time openings on all shifts. This opportunity is ideal for an RN who is confident leading clinical operations supporting nursing staff and helping maintain high standards of resident care in a structured long-term care environment.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
All shifts available including overnight

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong clinical communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold resident care standards
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred but willing to train
- Experience in a rehab center nursing home long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred but willing to train
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and support daily resident care operations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation continuity of care and compliance standards
