About the Role
Were hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales) to own full-cycle recruiting for our most critical roles that include: Home Remodeling Experts (Outside Sales Reps) and Sales Leadership. Youll be responsible for sourcing interviewing and driving candidates through the process while creating real buy-in and excitement around the opportunity.

What Youll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to final interview
• Source candidates across Indeed LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter
• Conduct first-round interviews via Zoom for sales reps and leadership roles
• Manage and move candidates through the pipeline quickly and efficiently
• Reverse sell candidates and drive commitment to the role
• Partner with hiring managers to stay aligned on needs and expectations
• Keep ATS organized and up to date

What Were Looking For

• Strong sourcing experience across multiple platforms
• Experience interviewing candidates virtually (Zoom)
• Proven ability to recruit for sales roles ideally leadership as well
• Confident persuasive communicator who can sell candidates on the opportunity
• High urgency accountability and ability to move fast
• One Of Us mentality - competitive team-driven and high standards
• Preferred: Experience in home remodeling or in-home sales
