Marshall Grain Company is seeking a motivated experiencedgardener to join our Organic Landscape Maintenance team. We specializein organic gardening practices and the use of Texas native and adaptedplants providing high-quality care for residential landscapes throughoutour service area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who trulyenjoys working with plants and takes pride in professional gardening work.

Important: This is NOT a lawn mowing position.

What Youll Do

In this role you will work at customer propertiesthroughout Tarrant County performing skilled gardening and plant care tasksincluding:

• Planting and transplanting
• Organic fertilization
• Pruning and detailed plant care
• Weeding and bed maintenance
• Mulch installation
• Monitoring overall plant health

Occasionally you may also:

• Purchase plant material
• Transport plants to job sites
• Support installation crews as needed

What Were Looking For

Required

• Passionate hands-on gardener
• Experience working with landscape plants (North Texas experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to communicate professionally with clients
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with trailer

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience with organic gardening methods
• Familiarity with Texas native and adapted plants
