Subject Matter Expert Consultant

Stella Contracting Inc is a leading construction company that specializes in commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert Consultant to join our team on a full-time on-site 6-month contract.

As a Subject Matter Expert Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our project teams in order to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will work closely with our project managers and team members to provide technical expertise and industry knowledge to help drive the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide subject matter expertise in your area of specialization to project teams

- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and industry trends

- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness

- Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop project plans and timelines

- Monitor project progress and provide guidance and support to ensure project goals are met

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during projects

- Develop and deliver training and workshops to educate project teams on industry best practices and new technologies

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in your area of expertise

- Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status and progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in a related field (construction engineering etc.)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a subject matter expert or consulting role

- Strong knowledge and expertise in your area of specialization

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully supporting and guiding project teams

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
