• Travel between Endeavor Health locations as needed

A Brief Overview:
The IT Training and Support Specialist I at Endeavor Health is an entry-level role responsible for delivering and supporting training solutions on EMR and other technology platforms. This position focuses on learning core systems providing end-user support and delivering established training programs under guidance. Training delivery methods include classroom instruction web-based learning one-on-one coaching and creating training documents/tools. The Specialist I acts as a liaison between IT Operations and end-users to promote adoption improve workflows and ensure smooth daily operations.

What you will do:

• Assists with designing developing and maintaining training strategies class curricula and support documentation.
• Supports small projects as assigned.
• Assists with testing and troubleshooting of EMR and technology systems.
• Remains updated and learns new technologies and methods for training delivery.
• Supports and delivers training onsite and virtually (one-to-one classroom and group settings) with oversight.

What you will need:

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

1 years in healthcare or relevant industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new applications.

Foundational instructional and facilitation skills.

Customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with end-users.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
