Position Summary:
Shining Stars Montessori Academy PCS seeks an experienced educator to serve as Elementary Instructional Coach (Grades 36). This role supports upper elementary Guides in delivering rigorous standards-aligned Montessori instruction that promotes independence critical thinking and strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional coaching through observation modeling co-teaching and feedback
• Support alignment of Montessori curriculum with Common Core standards
• Lead data analysis cycles to improve student achievement and close learning gaps
• Support implementation of literacy (ARC) math and interdisciplinary Montessori studies
• Collaborate with Student Support and ELL teams to ensure differentiated instruction
• Assist in assessment planning progress monitoring and intervention strategies
• Facilitate professional development and contribute to instructional planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelors required; Masters preferred (Elementary Education or related field)
• Montessori Elementary Certification (required)
• 57 years teaching experience; instructional leadership experience preferred
• Strong background in upper elementary instruction and student data analysis
