Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients conditions to the supervisor.
- Valid NY State PCA Certificate
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate patient and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
