Early Intervention Contractor Opportunities

Contractors will provide services inSPIN centers homes daycare programs and community settings throughoutPhiladelphia and Bucks County. The early yearsfrom birth to age fiveare the most critical for developmental growth and SPIN is committed to supporting children and families during this vital stage.
Role Overview
OTs and SLPs are instrumental in supporting childrens developmental communication social emotional and physical growth. Contractors deliverevidencebased familycentered interventions and work collaboratively with families caregivers classroom staff and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and intervention services for children ages birth to 5
- Work directly with families caregivers and classroom staff to implementevidencebased interventions
- Support families and educators in developing skills to promote childrens success in everyday routines
- FollowIndividualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for infants and toddlers andIndividualized Education Programs (IEPs) for children ages 35
- Coach and model strategies for caregivers and classroom teams to ensure carryover into daily activities
- Collect data monitor progress and communicate outcomes with the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure families and caregivers are active engaged participants throughout the early intervention process
Requirements
For Occupational Therapists (OT):
- ValidPennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
For SpeechLanguage Pathologists (SLP):
- ValidPennsylvania SpeechLanguage Pathology license
For All Contractors:
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to supporting children and families
