As a Senior Product Designer at Hiive youll join a fast-growing high-impact product team. Youll work within a modern tech stack alongside strong Design Product and Engineering partners who move quickly yet also care deeply about craft. Were looking for someone who can ramp up fast collaborate cross-functionally and help drive meaningful measurable outcomes for the business.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design of key product features and initiatives from conceptualization to high-fidelity execution.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers and other designers to define product requirements and design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

• Creating and maintaining a cohesive scalable design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

• Conducting user research usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.

• Designing for both web and mobile with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful user experiences across devices.

• Owning and evolving the visual and interaction design of the product ensuring high-quality pixel-perfect designs.

• Leading design reviews and presenting design concepts to stakeholders across the company.

• Supporting others around you championing the company values with a positive outlook.

• Responding effectively and respectfully to various working conditions with a growth mindset.

Required Experience:

• 6 years of professional design experience.

• Previous experience facilitating research and user testing.

• Experience with working with and developing design systems.

• Mastery in Figma and other applicable design software.

• Relevant experience with different design methods and techniques.

• An online or PDF portfolio (please include any passwords).

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working in a Fintech startup or designing for marketplaces.

• Ability to adapt well in quickly changing environments.
