As a Senior Product Designer at Hiive youll join a fast-growing high-impact product team. Youll work within a modern tech stack alongside strong Design Product and Engineering partners who move quickly yet also care deeply about craft. Were looking for someone who can ramp up fast collaborate cross-functionally and help drive meaningful measurable outcomes for the business.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Leading the design of key product features and initiatives from conceptualization to high-fidelity execution.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers and other designers to define product requirements and design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
Creating and maintaining a cohesive scalable design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Conducting user research usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
Designing for both web and mobile with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful user experiences across devices.
Owning and evolving the visual and interaction design of the product ensuring high-quality pixel-perfect designs.
Leading design reviews and presenting design concepts to stakeholders across the company.
Supporting others around you championing the company values with a positive outlook.
Responding effectively and respectfully to various working conditions with a growth mindset.
Required Experience:
6 years of professional design experience.
Previous experience facilitating research and user testing.
Experience with working with and developing design systems.
Mastery in Figma and other applicable design software.
Relevant experience with different design methods and techniques.
An online or PDF portfolio (please include any passwords).
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in a Fintech startup or designing for marketplaces.
Ability to adapt well in quickly changing environments.
