As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Commercial and Investment Bank you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications platforms and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners business operations and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert youll navigate ambiguity manage change effectively and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation documentation and validation of business and data flow requirements ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large diverse datasets driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
• Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering and application development and 5 years applied experience
• Experience as IT Infrastructure Project Manager and financial analysis
• Solid analytical mindset with ability to execute thorough financial analysis.
• Support the periodic IT Infra Planning exercise by capturing pricing and scheduling new investment capacity growth tech refresh Data Center exit app retirements.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel to streamline data analysis create dynamic financial models and provide actionable insights for effective decision-making.
• Good understanding of technology infrastructure (distributed and cloud) and cost management.
• Ability to quick grasp the working of various planning tools available in the organization (corona ihub iplan etc.)
• Liaise with AD teams CBTs Solution Architects PMs DBAs SAs Finance Estate Managers etc. to ensure successful project deliveries.
• Organize data into accessible reports perform various types of analysis using key metrics and communicate status to relevant stakeholders for each project.
