Lawyer for supporting the Youth Children & Family International Consumer Products Revenue Legal Team
Work type: One year contract
Key Responsibilities

1. Draft negotiate review and finalise multiple categories of contracts including production agreements license agreements music agreements artist/ author agreements syndication deals distribution marketing service provider advertiser funded programs slot sale deals etc.;

2. Independently negotiate and finalise the agreements with third parties;

3. Assist and advise the business team regarding various legal issues involved in business and commercial transactions including the rights advisory;

4. Conduct due diligence rights check audit activities and database management;

5. Working on ad-hoc projects for the legal team including streamlining/ reviewing system/ process/ SOP etc creating templates for reporting agreements etc.;

6. Co-ordinate and work with multiple teams within the organization including inter-function and intra-function;

7. Draft contest terms and conditions and to ensure that the necessary dos and donts thereto are followed by the teams

8. Ability to collaborate both internally and externally including with other legal teams and business/operational teams and advising them on a day to day basis on several legal matters.

9. Good legal knowledge and experience in contract laws; Intellectual Property Rights (IPR including copyright etc.) laws and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) related developments.
