This job posting is for a new position in Ottawa within our organization.

Job description:

• Creating quotes tracking expirations managing renewals and ensuring pricing accuracy.

• Preparing order forms agreements invoices and maintaining CRM records.

• Responding to client inquiries scheduling calls and assisting with follow-ups.

• Handling purchase orders coordinating with finance and ensuring smooth fulfillment.

• Generate quarterly sales reports or forecasts for management.

• Serving as a link between sales marketing finance and operations.

Skills

• Ideally education in Finance/Administration or Sales&Marketing

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Excellent communication clear concise and professional

• High attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc.)

• Customer-oriented and proactive problem-solving
