Alpega Group is looking for an Account Manager for the Benelux region. This role can be based in Brussels Belgium (Hybrid).

Were now hiring an Account Managera high-impact role responsible for owning growing and strengthening our accounts across Europe. This is a hybrid role that can be based in the regional markets where our customers are based (BENELUX)
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role combines tactical thinking commercial acumen and executive-level relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored account strategies that maximize customer value deepen long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth across complex logistics organizations.
Account Ownership & Growth & Account Planning & Management
Own and manage a portfolio of regional customers across one or more European markets.
Develop a solid understanding of each customers business logistics setup and growth objectives.
Drive account growth through proactive upselling cross-selling and contract renewals.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers by aligning Alpega solutions to evolving needs.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and follow-up
Proactively manage risks related to churn adoption or commercial changes.
Relationship Management & Commercial Execution
Act as the primary trusted advisor for senior and C-level stakeholders within each account.
Lead the full commercial cyclefrom opportunity identification to value articulation proposal development negotiations and Closed won.
Conduct ROI and value discussions to demonstrate the value of Alpegas SaaS solutions.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success to deliver impactful product demonstrations and solution positioning.
Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management for your account portfolio.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product and Pre-Sales to shape solution fit.
Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding adoption and long-term retention of solutions.
Act as the voice of the customer to internal teamsinforming product improvements service enhancements and long-term strategic planning.
Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Manage a performance-driven mindset by building pipeline forecasting prioritizing and actively driving all open opportunities towards committed success.
Navigate complex enterprise setups where data or stakeholder engagement may be fragmented making pragmatic decisions to move opportunities forward.
Evaluate account performance on a recurring basis and define actions that drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
Local language skills of assigned region (e.g Dutch or French English is our internal business language
Additional EU languages are an advantage.
Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS enterprise sales or account management.
Proven ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships.
Confident operating in dynamic fast-changing environments.
