Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria Virginia and Orlando Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning design infrastructure management technical consulting engineering and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army Air Force Navy Marine Corps) missions along with other US federal agencies all over the world.
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager you will manage delivery of infrastructure engineering and advisory projects supporting defense installations and government clients. You will ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with mission and operational requirements.
This position is contingent upon the award of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day execution of design construction and advisory project tasks
Coordinate contractors engineers and government stakeholders
Monitor project scope schedule cost and quality performance
Prepare project reports briefings and technical documentation
Support contract administration including RFIs submittals and change management
Conduct site coordination and oversee compliance with safety and technical standards
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
7 years of project management experience in infrastructure construction or defense programs
Familiarity with federal or international contracting environments
NATO Security Clearance preferred like CTS NS or NC
Strong technical understanding of engineering or construction processes
Experience in stakeholder coordination in complex environments
PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience
