About this Position

This is a per diem position responsible for covering shifts at multiple locations including CH Care Center - Lakewood CH Zeeland Hospital and CH Care Center -Grand Haven. This position is applicable for Ultrasonographer Tech 1 with less than two years of related work experience and Ultrasonographer Tech 2 with two years or more of related work experience.

Scope of work

Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician and documents findings. Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

Qualifications

Required Associates Degree or equivalent experience in related field

2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound Required

CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required Or

CRT-Abdomen (AB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required And

CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required

CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Vascular Sites Upon Hire required Or

CRT-Vascular Sonographer (VS) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Vascular Sites Upon Hire required And

CRT-Breast (BR) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Breast Center Sites Excluding Regionals not performing Breast Imaging Imaging Upon Hire required Or

CRT-Breast Sonographer (BS) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Breast Center Sites Excluding Regionals not performing Breast Imaging Upon Hire required

CRT-Pediatric Sonographer (PS) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography HDVCH Sites Upon Hire preferred

CRT-Musculoskeletal (MSK) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography MSK Sites Upon Hire preferred

AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
