Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in analyzing and improving operational processes ideally in highcriticality environments (aviation transportation logistics manufacturing or complex services).

• Required knowledge of the aviation industry.

• Technological expertise with the ability and experience in emerging technologies digital tools and their application to problemsolving and value creation.

• Ability to identify innovative opportunities through data field observation and internal user feedback.

• Solution architect with experience leading tactical continuous improvement projects pilots or proofofconcept initiatives.

• Ability to define scalable secure solutions aligned with business needs.

• Knowledge and experience in cloud architectures and infrastructures software architecture design web applications data modeling cybersecurity methodologies and standards.

• Skill in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing change in operational environments.

• Knowledge of operational indicators (timelines reprocessing punctuality efficiency).

• Ability to document processes (diagrams instructions manuals).

• Effective communication and practical focus on field implementation.

Key Responsabilities:

• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in operational processes through data analysis field observation and direct collaboration with user areas prioritizing highimpact initiatives in safety punctuality and efficiency.

• Lead tactical innovation projects by defining activities responsibilities timelines and success criteria ensuring orderly execution aligned with the areas strategy.

• Monitor performance indicators of initiatives (savings time reduction improvement in internal user experience) and propose adjustments to maximize results.

• Document implemented changes through flowcharts instructions and training materials ensuring proper understanding and standardization.

• Coordinate communication and change management with operational leaders and key personnel to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes.

• Collaborate continuously and act as a liaison with internal areas such as Operations Maintenance Airports and IT as well as external partners like technology providers to validate the operational technical and regulatory feasibility of initiatives.

• Support relationships with technology providers and conduct benchmarking with other airlines on specific innovation projects

• Android Application Design Leader will be responsible for designing coordinating and executing digital innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the airlines operational processes ensuring proper field implementation and alignment with the strategy defined by the Manager of Innovation and Systems Integration. The roles impact will be directly tied to operational safety punctuality and efficiency.
