Your role

As an Account Executive you are the strategic partner for small and medium-sized businesses! Your mission is to help them flourish by mastering our cutting-edge advertising platform. Youll be the bridge between their business goals and our innovative ad solutions turning prospects into long-term success stories.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hunt for Growth: Proactively identify and prospect high-potential accounts through cold calls emails and lead follow-ups.

  • Own the Journey: Manage the full sales cycle from the very first pitch to closing the deal.

  • Strategy & Style: Present tailored ad strategiesincluding Video and Shopping adsthat match client objectives.

  • Build Relationships: Maintain and expand your own portfolio of clients ensuring long-term revenue growth.

  • Insights to Action: Turn data and insights into compelling narratives that show our true value.

  • Continuous Success: Conduct regular meetings to review performance and identify new upsell opportunities.

  • Keep it Organized: Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and collaborate closely with the lead generation team.

Your Profile

  • Language Master: Native-level Dutch (C2) and excellent English (C1).

  • Sales Pro: Previous experience in digital ad sales or B2B account management.

  • Pipeline Builder: Proven ability to self-prospect negotiate and close deals with decision-makers.

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and analyzing customer data.

  • Ad Expert: Familiarity with platforms like Meta Google Ads or similar is a huge plus!

  • Motivated: Goal-oriented proactive and a history of hitting those revenue targets.
