Your role
As an Account Executive you are the strategic partner for small and medium-sized businesses! Your mission is to help them flourish by mastering our cutting-edge advertising platform. Youll be the bridge between their business goals and our innovative ad solutions turning prospects into long-term success stories.
Your Responsibilities
Hunt for Growth: Proactively identify and prospect high-potential accounts through cold calls emails and lead follow-ups.
Own the Journey: Manage the full sales cycle from the very first pitch to closing the deal.
Strategy & Style: Present tailored ad strategiesincluding Video and Shopping adsthat match client objectives.
Build Relationships: Maintain and expand your own portfolio of clients ensuring long-term revenue growth.
Insights to Action: Turn data and insights into compelling narratives that show our true value.
Continuous Success: Conduct regular meetings to review performance and identify new upsell opportunities.
Keep it Organized: Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and collaborate closely with the lead generation team.
Your Profile
Language Master: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1).
Sales Pro: Previous experience in digital ad sales or B2B account management.
Pipeline Builder: Proven ability to self-prospect negotiate and close deals with decision-makers.
Tech-Savvy: Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and analyzing customer data.
Ad Expert: Familiarity with platforms like Meta Google Ads or similar is a huge plus!
Motivated: Goal-oriented proactive and a history of hitting those revenue targets.
